Tellus/Diganos is a biannual countywide quality of life assessment process that began in 1995. A broad coalition of healthcare, county and city officials, not-for-profit agencies, businesses, and foundations came together to ask residents questions about their view of life in the County. The goal: To find out where quality of life needed improvement and to celebrate progress from year to year when issues were successfully addressed. Measuring trends every two years provided a benchmark- a blueprint for our countywide community.
