The Matrix Creator
The Matrix Creator provides an easy method to develop an agency’s program outcomes
The Institute for Community Collaborative Studies contracts with agencies to design outcome categories and indicators, to provide training to use the Matrix with service populations, and maintain your data system on our Web data base.
The agency uses the Matrix model in its service programs and has instant data access to make programmatic decisions. All the Matrix tools fit the agency mission and the population served.
The Web-based “Matrix Creator” guides the contracting agency to:
Customize a Matrix model that fits the specific program
- Immediate access to categories and indicators from successful programs.
- Validate the status indicators through field tests with the service population.
- Assure reliability with case scenarios and case presentations.
Train staff to use the Matrix model with the service population
- A manual on the Matrix outcomes model: how it works
- Interviews or survey training for continuous assessment
- Case planning using the Matrix Family Services Plan
- Engage the strengths of the family using wraparound standards and practices
Conduct assessments and data collection
- Automatic data collection format using the program’s Matrix model
- Procedures for data collection, data entry
- Reports and charts of Matrix data for strategic planning and continuous improvement
