the Matrix Outcomes Model. While we encourage you to examine work of our
collaborative partners, we request that you gain permission from ICCS

Family Development Matrix, Lucas County, Ohio
The purpose of the Lucas County Service Coordination Plan is to coordinate appropriate, effective and cost-efficient services for children and families; increase family involvement throughout all levels of planning and services; support early intervention with families; and, encourage shared responsibility among systems serving children and families. The Lucas County Family Council with partners like thhe United Way has developed an online data system for 20 agencies in the Toledo area.
