| The South County Wraparound Project is
a collaboration between the Institute for Community Collaborative Studies
(CSUMB) and South Santa Clara County service providers and community members
designed to engage the community and local agencies to develop a community-based,
culturally appropriate Wraparound model.
It is intended to engage the community in a consensus
building and planning process to evaluate the feasibility of implementing
an exemplary, culturally-appropriate practice for Latino children and
adolescents with co-occurring severe mental disorders and substance abuse
disorders while protecting and including the target population in the
planning process.
